All of our products are made to order. You can choose to pick up your order at our fitting spaces or free delivery to the address your prefer: home address, office address or the address of another person.
To offer you the best service, we have chosen YAMATO for the delivery of home address and SF EXPRESS of office address. Shipping is completely free.
We also ship to countries outside Hong Kong. Shipping is free for your first order if you place your order at our fitting spaces. Please note taxes and duties may apply and we are unable to advise the amount this may As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept exchange of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging and tags within 7 days of delivery. No refund is available. We must be notified by email 7 calendar days from the date the merchandise was delivered and the item(s) must be returned in good condition (unworn and unwashed and with tags) within 7 days from the time the item was delivered. Exchange is applied if the item was returned within 14 days and under good condition. Return shipping fee is not refundable if you choose to send the item to us for an exchange. You can also make an appointment to visit our Fitting Space for an exchange.
Note: All exchanges have to be in good condition (unwashed and unworn and with tags) for our exchange program. The exchange policy will default if the item is returned in an obvious poor condition (such as bobble/pill, surface defect of textiles caused by wear, bend wires, cups are out of shape, odor etc) and will lessen the value of the item.
Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. Make sure that the box/package is rigid, is in excellent condition. If the original packaging is not reusable, please select a new shipping container which is specially designed to withstand impact. As noted above, all items must be returned in a re-saleable condition and we are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us. The best advice is to keep your item and all packaging in perfect condition for the return period.
Once we received and inspected your return, we will send you the exchange item within 7days and you will receive an email confirmation that your exchange is completed.
